I work at a convenience store and we constantly get anti-mask Qanon crazies who threaten, and sometimes act on, violent threats. On a number of occasions I've had to draw on them in self defense, but my old holster just wasn't cutting it.
This holster is near perfect for my Ruger LCP .380. It fits perfectly and even audibly clicks into place when holstered. The product page says you don't need a belt to wear this, but you really should wear one. The holster clip is very stiff and I highly doubt it will stay in place unless it's clipped onto a belt.
My only complaint is the "adjustable" retention part. Mine doesn't seem to be adjustable, so drawing is a bit stiff. Still, practicing with my piece unloaded, I've gotten used to the draw and feel of it.
Wearing it is surprisingly comfortable. I thought it would dig into my side and itch but it didn't. It sits mostly flush with my body and the outline isn't visible to others when I wear it under my shirt.
The next time some conspiracist whacko comes at me with a weapon at work, I know I can rely on this holster.
I got tired of using an ankle holster for my LCP. My ankle holster is very comfortable and very concealed but it's not ideal to get at 'quick' if need be. I also have one of those holsters disguised as a smart phone holster... but I wear an iPhone in a holster due to my job! After reading reviews, thought I would take a chance. I just got this holster this morning and had to run to town. The holster is very comfortable in appendix carry and retains the little Ruger very well w/o adjustment. Not sure if it will loosen up in time, we'll see. What I thought really cool about this holster is that it fits the LCP with the Hogue HandALL grip like a glove! I was afraid there may be some trouble but the LCP locks into the holster right on the edge of the Hogue grip. See pics!
It’s a perfect fit for wife’s 380 Ruger lcp
She had another type concealed holster made of soft material it was pretty and pink but before we knew it the type of holster held moisture and was getting surface rust but Ruger was very helpful and replaced everything on it free of charge. This want hold moisture and covers from end of barrel and even covers clip button so it doesn’t accidentally get pushed. Well worth the money and its molded to fit just perfect

I love this. I'm plus [email protected] and it fits great. I can fit my G2 9MM Taurus, cell phone and extra Clio comfortably.
I am a very petite woman. 5'2 110lbs and carry a S&W 9mm shield. I own a kids gym, therefore am usually in leggings and needed something that can strap to my waist for when I conceal to and from work. I did alot of research prior to my purchase and have been very please with this one. Its comfortable and doesnt move. I have been carrying with this band daily for a month now and the straps are still like new. What I like most is the velcro magazine holder. I prefer that my magazine face down so I can unsnap and let it fall into my hand. I really can't say enough about how great this band is!
I got this for jogging at night works great for that but I use it more than my holsters it's got plenty of room for velcro attachments after I put it on..I'm 6ft. 190lbs..and ot fits me comfortably I usually keep gun ,knife ,xtra clip ,and phone on it..would definitely buy it again if I lost it ..

Reviews from Real Users
As someone who is a bit of a concealed carry gear nut, I was thoroughly impressed with this universal ankle rig. I first became aware of this holster after watching a demo video of on Youtube, and the idea that I can fit a multitude of sub-compacts in the same ankle holster and that it is also ambidextrous so you can carry on either leg thoroughly intrigued me. I recognized the owner of the company Joe Cochran in the demo video who I had seen in other videos advertising Sticky Holster products which I am a fan of, so I decided to give this ankle holster a try to see if it really lived up to what they advertised.
When I first received the ankle holster I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. The velcro was very secure, no loose stitching on the elastic band, and the nylon holster was stretchy yet durable to accommodate different shaped and sized guns. Best of all was that the padding on the elastic band behind the holster seemed fairly comfortable, and comfort is one of the most important features in a good ankle holster.
I wore this ankle holster for two and a half shifts on the job (not out in the field but in office) so I could give a more thorough review of this rig in use before posting. For me personally, this ankle holster is perfect for smaller sized mouse guns like the Ruger LCP up or an airweight snubby like a S&W J-Frame. Sub-Compact 9mm pistols like the Glock 43 felt a little bulky where you could feel the weight of the gun a bit more, and because of the open top at the bottom of the nylon holster the barrel end of the pistol began rubbing into my ankle bone which was very uncomfortable, but after adjusting the cant a bit it was fine.
In conclusion, this is an excellent universal ankle rig and is perfect if you own multiple pocket sized pistols. As I said before it is extremely stable and comfortable when holding pocket .380s or snubnose revolvers, but I prefer traditional, molded, reinforced ankle holsters with the option of a calf strap when it comes to larger sub-compact 9mms for ankle carry. However, ankle carry really shines with the smaller pistols anyway and the Ultimate Ankle Holster definitely fits the Glock 43 and 26 sub-compacts as advertised, so this isn't a knock on the product. I wouldn't be opposed to carrying a Glock 43 or 26 in this holster if I didn't already own ankle rigs for those particular guns.
I have a Glock 43 and a holster that is leather for my ankle. It sticks out like a sore thumb. I know it's not the holster that is supposed to conceal the weapon but the clothing I wear. The leather holster made it very difficult to conceal with my bigger jeans. I purchased this comfortTac holster to help me conceal better.
First and foremost this holster is comfortable. It has a thick Velcro strap and the rest of the band is the opposite so you can adjust to the tightness that you need. I have bigger legs so I am always hassling with trying to find something to fit good. This is it. Secondly the holster helps hold my weapon securely against my ankle without it sticking out like the leather holster. Yes the strap is a little flimsy, but it holds the gun in place nonetheless. I don't want an extremely strong strap to get through if there's an emergency anyways.
The stretchy material stretches enough to get my Glock 43 in it and it holds securely so it's not moving around when I walk. That's what I want. The strap helps hold it in inside but the material the gun sits in is what holds it against the ankle. My gun is easier to conceal with my jeans now that it's not sticking out away from my ankle and it's more against my body. I like this holster and would buy it again. I am considering another one for my right ankle so I can carry 2 guns. A wise instructor once told me, 1 is none 2 is 1 and 3 is better. (1 gun is like none, 2 is like having 1 and 3 is better. If ever in a shoot out, you will go through bullets quicker than you can imagine, and any gun can malfunction at any time, the more you carry, the better the chance you have)
I am a Physical Training & a Control Tactics instructor for a large agency. I have to run and do some exercises while carrying concealed. I have purchased 4 holsters for my glock 43. It has been difficult finding a holser that's not too bulky, breathes, doesn't move around much, and is comfortable for what I do. This ComfortTac holster far exceeds the other holster in the comfort department. It feels secure and does not cause the gun to dig into my ankle. The material even breathes better than the material on my other 3 holsters. I highly recommend these holsters.
I don't have much free time, therefore, it means a lot if I take the time to right a review.

For the price I paid ($13ish), I was a bit skeptical of the quality when I ordered, but since it is so easy to return with Amazon, I decided to give it a try.
Well, this is probably the best $13 holster I've ever seen/used. Retention is great, there is no rough/sharp edges anywhere, adjustable cant is nice, and it even came with a cute little screwdriver to adjust the cant/retention bolt.
Very happy with the product. I will definitely buy more holsters from this company. Highly recommend!
Fits my LCP II firmly with good retention. Belt Clip holds well. All in all a very good Kydex holster. Check out the Kohroo Holster for storage needs.
Fits perfect. The belt clip locks onto my belt. Use the adjusting screw at the bottom for how easy are hard you want to be able to pull the gun out. Its slim and not as bulky as other holsters Ive tried. Good purchase.

This is a solid and sturdy holster for my Ruger 380 LCP. I do not own any specialty belts but am just using business or causal belts with it and it works just great. Have practiced draws and the clip holds perfectly.
I’ve adjusted the set screw in order to provide a snug fit to my LCP and after one month have not had to readjust. The same with the angle screws on the clip.
I mainly use the for appendix carry and it’s fairly comfortable. As a new LTC holder I think all Kydex holsters would have the same comfort level without the addition padding. I use a Remora when running and a desantis back pocket trickster when I’m wearing slacks/khakis/chinos and have a a tucked in shirt. So I’m probably using this holder 2/3rds of the time (with jeans) and am pleased with it!
I brought this holster and it fit my ruger perfectly!! Every since I had it i wear it on me daily. very comfortable on my waistline!! sometimes I forgot that I had a holster and weapon even on me!! I would definitely recommended this holster!! 5 stars!!!
Ridiculously comfortable. I literally forgot I was wearing it one time. Good retention and audible "click". I'm changing the clip to belt loops, but that's just something I do with all my holsters. It's literally perfect out of the box...

Very comfortable easily place concealed carry weapon in a comfortable area.
I want to be able to conceal the firearm completely. With this belly holster, I am able to do so, it is worn under my shirt is not seen, I feel safe. It uses velcro to strap it around you, I can move around nicely with it. I haven't experienced much sweating, the material seems to be breathable.

The ankle holster has proven to be a pretty good purchase for conceal carry of my Sig Sauer P365. I wear a white, button down shirt tucked in all day while working. The ankle holster affords concealment as an alternative. Yes, yes, it's not an item for the quick draw enthusiast. However, it at least gives me the opportunity to carry concealed just in case. I'm not thinking of quick draw just being able to respond if needed. The ankle holster gives me that.
No printing noticed in the pant leg, no comments from co-workers. The ankle holster does not slip down the leg - has stayed in place all day long while on my feet for the most part. Walking is involved, NOT jogging. The "Velcroe" works well, stays in place. The holster assembly does not "sag" but stays in place where put.
It afforded me the opportunity to carry concealed at a reasonable price and get used to the idea. In the mean time, I think I'll also be looking for more "convenient" carry methods to put into use as well. I wear shorts at home in the Summertime - the holster doesn't really tickle my fancy there. With long trousers/jeans with a "boot cut", I'm going to continue to use the AIKATE Ankle Holster for EDC; I've seen nothing, after wearing it, that would make me want to return it nor to replace it with another type of product for EDC.
BTW, the holster is quite comfortable, easy to put on and all that. However, to say that I "don't even know it's there" is a bit of a stretch. I DO know it's there but that's all. No big issue with that, no un-comfortability issues at all. Not once have I wanted to remove it. It's a nice product that gives me ability to carry every day.
Very pleased with both the seller and with this ankle holster. It is a very good design and is well made. Works very well. Holds my LCP securely and with the trigger properly protected. Would work well with other small handguns. The wide upper band really helps to keep the holster from sliding down. I wear it over light-weight compression socks which provides good grip for the rig and black socks under the black rig makes it less visible if my pants leg rides up a bit. I like that it is ambidextrous and has a pocket for an extra magazine or is a good place for first aid supplies. Haven't had it long enough to address durability but initial impression is that it will hold-up well. Given its low price and high quality it is an excellent value. I would purchase this again.
Needed an ankle holster for a specific dress code purpose. This performed excellently for the two week’s straight I had to wear it in support of some work. With a G43 in it it stayed solid and did not move around at all on me. I was on my feet covering a large amount of ground and never had a comfort issue. If you need an ankle holster look no further.

I’ve tried so many holsters that I gave up due to all of them being uncomfortable and pocket carried my Ruger. But if ever something happened and I needed quick access, having a sheathed gun in a pocket definitely wouldn’t cut it. So I gave the IWB another shot with this one and much to my surprise it’s actually comfortable! I like it so much, I’ll probably order one for my S&W for the winter months of carrying.
Fantastic little holsters for the cost. I bought 2 of them for my LCP2, a right hand and left hand drawl, as I typically carry my one of my LCPs as a companion to my various larger EDC firearms.
As mentioned it fits the LCP2 like a glove (as seen in my 2nd picture) I did tighten the retention screw a couple turns until I was able to get a nice audible "click" when the firearm is fully inserted, it holds the gun nice and snug without scratching up or anything.
For people asking about the LCP Max I have one of those as well. I was really hoping I'd be able to use it with these hostlers. It kinda "fits", it'll click in there, and the holster holds onto it fairly tight, I wouldn't be concerned with the gun unintentionally sliding out of the holster. If you see my 3rd picture you can see my issue with the LCP Max in this holster... The LCP Max is a bit wider then the LCP 2 in the trigger gaurd area, so the holster buldges out in that area with the LCP Max inserted. I very much prefer complete and total coverage of the trigger and trigger gaurd area with my hostlers, don't want anything getting pushed there accidentally and causing an unintended discharge.
I don't think this would last years and years if I used it everyday in all situations. It's good, but a lifetime guarantee? I hope it lasts years, and it is v good quality. But if I use it twice a week, I doubt it'll last 5 years. Still, an EXCELLENT deal for the money (I paid $25 approx).

Great belly band! Replaced my UnderTech band.
I carry a full size xdm 9mm everyday. Belly band is much wider and very comfortable than UnderTec. Ankle band is for compact and subs only. It can not hold my full size. To reverse, the barrel of your gun must slide down on either side of the velco stitching to carry left or right. See pics and carry safe. I'm walking with 19 in the clip and 1 in the chamber!
Works great, I especially like the ankle holster, the velcro is strong and will hold a smaller pistol all day long no problem. I use it with a Bersa Thunder 380 ACP and it works like a charm. Also, I tried out the belly band with a Glock 17 gen 4 and it worked great.
I was looking for something that would make it look not so obvious that I have a weapon and this was perfect now I don't wear supper tight clothes, I wear the shirts and it wasn't even noticeable with a tee shirt on I don't like the bulky one that looks likes you are carrying but I didn't have a problem with this one, oh and I'm a woman that's licensed to carry I just don't want that attention drawn to me with a big bulky holster this is perfect I paid $50 for one out the store and it's so big and bulky and it was the most compact one they had but I definitely would recommend this.

After putting the gun in a plastic bag and in the holster overnight as they suggested the fit is perfect. What I like most about this holster is the fact that they didn't add a 1/4" of padding. It as far as I can see has no padding thus keeping it very thin. Remember we pocket carry to conceal not to announce look at me. I will be looking at them to see if they have other models for some of my other guns. If you need a pocket holster I cannot recommend them enough, they are exactly what you want. And, no I don't work for them or receive anything free.
This slimline holster is perfect for my 380 bodyguard to carry in my pocket. Without it, the gun will turn and leave the grip in a awkward position. For loose fitting pants, you can't even tell you are carrying. Highly recommend.
Fits Sig P238 perfectly. Completely covers the trigger, but does NOT cover the safety. I like that, because I pocket carry the gun in condition 1 (cocked, locked, safety on) and I can disengage the safety as I draw the gun from the holster. The holster fits like a glove. Not too tight. Not too loose. My particular P238 has iron sights, no laser or other add-ons, so I can't speak to how it might fit with Crimson Trace or other laser sights. Almost zero printing thanks to the slim profile of the holster.
